THE RADIO ROOM AT KSD
Our building was once the home of broadcast for the oldies and r&b WAMO and WAMO-FM radio stations, serving the community up until the 1990's. It now houses the music venue and art gallery here at KSD, lovingly named the Radio Room as a nod to its former life. While COVID still has us firmly in its grasp, we are not currently hosting or booking live events, but we are working on using this space creatively to showcase local art and mutual aid projects in a safe manner. Stay tuned on updates for local interviews, digital galleries, and livestream music and talk events.
When the world becomes less chaotic, should that happen, you will be able to find information on upcoming events like gallery openings, live music, and much more. Subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media to keep up with any updates or announcements.

A DEEP CLEAN
Scraping macaroni and cheese off of the kitchen walls isn't just for Penn Mac anymore. This deep clean involves ripping up hundreds of yards of peed-on carpet, clearing dozens of industrial sized cans of long-expired carrots, and donating mummified mouse corpses to any willing museum.
NOTHING ELSE SPLATTERS
Join us in witnessing a Jackson Pollock inspired splattering of the tattoo booth floors, and after the splatter ceremony watch as Doug tries to tiptoe over the wet glitter paint to lock a wayward window.
BELLY OF THE BEAST
Did Kyle accidentally eat gluten? Was that vegan burrito strangely delicious this time he ordered it? Did he eat some of Sara's probiotic kimchi bowls again? We're hiding a microphone in the bathroom to figure it out.
