THE RADIO ROOM AT KSD

Our building was once the home of broadcast for the oldies and r&b WAMO and WAMO-FM radio stations, serving the community up until the 1990's. It now houses the music venue and art gallery here at KSD, lovingly named the Radio Room as a nod to its former life. While COVID has thrown us for a loop, we have still been able to host many successful music and art events. We are constantly working and brainstorming ways to utilize this space creatively to showcase local art and mutual aid projects.
